Below are a few simple ways to find language partners online.
Reddit is a great place to find language exchange partners, especially the language_exchange subreddit.
Before posting, make sure to read the subreddit guidelines and follow them carefully. Posts that do not follow the required format may not be accepted.

or

Using Lengpal
Using Lengpal is easy. Once you talk with someone and they agree to a session, you can send them the link and they can join you on the call.
Make sure to use the timer, as it is an important tool to practice fairly. For example, if you want to learn Spanish and your native is English, you can start with a ten minute timer in Spanish where you speak only Spanish. Then switch to English so your partner can practice.
To use the timer, click on the timer icon at the bottom of the screen. Select the language, either your native language or your target language, choose the time, and click start. You will see the timer running at the bottom. Once the timer is done, you can repeat the process and switch to the other language.
